What should I do if I did not receive a copy of the settlement package?
Settlement packages were mailed on February 11, 2005 to all persons identified as members of subclass 3 for whom a valid address was known. If you did not receive a settlement package due to an outdated address, you should contact Cooper Settlement Claims Administration at 1-866-716-4185 to notify them of your new address and request a package.
If you believe you are part of subclass 3, but have never received any notification that you are eligible, you should send written notice to class counsel along with your current address, phone number and Social Security number at the address below. The social security information will be kept confidential.
